New BLAST geometry in GEANT - checked into CVS

Hi, everybody!
While working on the energy loss study for protons, I had to add quite a
bit of stuff inside GEANT; it now takes into account:
- the lead foil of the TOF scintillators;
- the backbones of the TOF scintillators;
- the aluminum entrance and exit plates of the Cherenkovs.
Everything is under CVS now, people might start using the new version, for
a greater accuracy.
For the study, I also had to add the entrance and exit windows of the
wire-chambers, but I did not commit those changes, Aaron said he would be
posting a complete wire chamber geometry soon.
