hi blasters!
i added a new track fitter `WCnewt' to the class TBLRecon. it has the
advantage of essentially converging in one iteration. to see it in
action, set printFlag=1 in s.C and run it. it outputs the chi^2 for
each type of fit, and the number of iterations (minuit isn't working
right now). to see how well WCnewt does on each iteration, you can set
printFlag=1 or 2 (for more info) int TBLRecon.cc::WCnewt
