Hello BLASTers,
I have copied all of the commis data onto the
BLAST CPU farm (spud1, spud2, ... spud8).
Since the spuds are a bit ahead of dblast07, etc.
in Linux and Root version they do require a differnt
libBlast.so . So note that there are now two library
directories in the blast account,
~blast/lib/blast
~blast/lib/spud
you need only include to correct one in you
setenv LD_LIBRARY_PATH
look at the end of ~blast/.login to see an automatic switch
Each spud has 2 CPU, so there are 16 CPUs which can now
see all the data. Also they are fast!
All of the scripts woork fine, but you need to
modify the path to the data to
/data/Daq/commis/
As work in you own account.
