brief coda update 7/15/02

Hello,
after scanning data w/ the dump utility, I am convinced we have
good right-sector ADC words in the stream. I only check tof-R1. Please
check the electronics map/software !! Karen also confirmed that ADC-right
words were ok late last week.

Also, I realized that the (unused) ADC's on slot 5 of both fastbus
crates were getting into the data stream. I increased their "threshold"
for read out. In other words, each event is significantly smaller in
size now (up to 50%) since the only ADC data comes from slot 7 (as it
should). Although in the right direction this change has not given us a
more stable coda yet. After a few mins at 200 hz the system still
sits (it'll happen more quickly at 300 hz).

Tomorrow I'll try to optimize this hopefully w/ help from jlab.
Regards
