Taking down the voltage on LTOF top 11 (from -2100 to -1900V), the ADC
moved from 8000 to 2300 - this seems consistent with our "light leak"
hypothesis (closer to the top of the paddle).

Modifying the threshold for bottom 13 did not change anything (bad
cable - reflections?)...

We think the lack of ADCs (we see only pedestals) for the right side is
caused by the ROC or the ADC module, not software (looking at events with
xcefdmp we saw only pedestals).
