[BLAST_CODA] Coda will hang if you run root on dblast07

Sometimes it is unconvienent to wait for a run to show up on the
farm. However today we had direct indication that having a root
session opens definitely put Coda down, even for a very modest data
rate (20 Hz). It could be a memory or CPU issue interfering with the EB
or ET, ER..

Once again, for smooth running please do not analyze on dblast07 and
leave that machine on to Coda, while we think of a better fix. I would
argue to not run epics on dblast07 for the same reason (in addition you
can really use any other computer for that). Thanks.
