I take issue with Genya's firm conclusion that the left/right
asymmetry is due to either TOF threshold or HV. These were
adjusted in the DTF before the move to the hall and were
such that they were very efficient for minimum ionizing
particles. I would be very surprised at more than a couple
of perecent variation.
