continued data taking with single arm trigger and then with any coinc yet
empyt target. Still need to baby sitting coda a little bit.

After taking two runs 1512, 1513, with single triggers( each about 50k
events), shut down gass flow and took data with empty target, 1514.

continued monte carlo study started by Jason and Vitaliy.
Most significantly, replaced jrecon.C by ntuple_mc.C which generates
ntp and eep conform to the name convention as in ntuple/ntuple2.C.
Appended monte carlo infomation in eep ntuple. could not do so with ntp,
bumped into some "statement too long" error(probably the string is too
long, we may have to break into branches in the end). results are written
into commis-99999.root and eep-99999.dat. This guarrantees the analysis codes
applied to data can be applied to MC without change. This also bypasses the
tracking in jrecon.C which has no obvious use right now. To include the
monte carlo in show_p family macros, just do "-d 99999".

ntuple2.C is modified to accept option -s. the usage is "root ntuple2.C -s
1499-1507", will create ntuples for these runs and write into seperate
root files for each run.

On cerenkov efficiency, cc_eff.C is modified to impose proton
cut(adc>3000, tof paddle>9) on the other arm.

content of check_eff.txt is partially translated into macro tof_eff.C.

The last shift scheduled.
