Sorry Tim I will not make it to the analysis meeting today as I was up
till 4am last night doing homework (as I have been on shift and had no
chance for that)

The current state of the TDC offsets is as follows: The
code is pretty much the same as last week (see the handouts the other
meeting participants have). Now I need a ton of field on
data to get sufficient statistics for the backward angle detectors.
