I am really not understanding any of this. Before I left at 2:30,
the efficiency was 99%. The change that Karen (and Chris Brown)
made was to chop about 5 ns out of the start delay. The only way
this could make things worse is if the new cable is malfunctioning.

The way of verifying such things is to look on the scope in the
D-tunnel. Before you make statements about what is working and
what is not, please visually verify the problem using the scope.

By the way, this was not to directly reply to Adrian ... just a
quick reply to the TOF group.
