Hi Karen
you can find equal length cables on top of one of the racks.
There is a few spares (they should all be the same "new" lenght)
However, isn't this TDC mismatch an effect of the very short
transit time in the small paddles used for eff. measurement ?
we already had this problem with the start counter (15 ns)

I would rather delay those few channels w/ the small paddles
other than accumulating new cable lenght. Hope it helps
