[BLAST_TOF] 9/12/02 Evening Shift Summary

RUN 1701 raised thresh on LTOF1 and small paddle
Eff = 90%

RUN 1703 Delayed small paddle top and bot to account for
short scintillator light travel time (delay=5nsec)
Eff = 97%

RUN 1704 Raised Voltages by -100V for LTOF1 top and bot
Eff = 96.8%

RUN 1706
Checked timing of CS vs L1A vs LBOT1 on scope
Attempted adjustment of L1A timing with box delay
Eff= 96%

RUN 1708
Set small paddle HV to give scaler rate that would match
ratio of small paddle area to for TOF area
Eff = 97%

Tried making several other software cuts
and threshold measurements but 97% was highest eff
achieved on LTOF1.

Efficiency on LTOF4 was 76% with TDC cuts on small paddle to
eliminate what seemed to be noise in TDC spectrum
