No progress!

I could not solve a puzzled problem: the flasher rate "strange" number on
Scalers (33500Hz)!!!!
I also cannot load lib's:

libBlast.so
libHV.so
libMyRC.so

tough I could load them at the end of July!
I am going to try to load the old libraries tonight and solve the flasher
puzzle!
Meanwhile if anyone wants to use Cherenkovs, try to avoid the two left big
boxes: LCC2 & LCC3
