The cerenkov attenuators for the flasher need a male nut or bolt in order
to be inserted. However it is annoying to go to each box (even dangerous).
It seems smarter to me to make one attenuator, and put it right at the
flasher. If not good for other detectors, we can always take it out after
the cerenkovs are done.
