After some initial delays (that turned out to be trigger-related (see
Adrian's e-mail)), we startecd taking right-sector TOF 0-3 efficiency
data for TOF_1300 settings. Run 2369 has around 30000 built events in it;
it was sufficient to get at least 1000 self-timed events for each of the
four TOFs. From the tof_eff program, we got the following efficiencies
with the cut on self timing:

TOF # TDC eff
0 91.45%
1 96.88%
2 96.03%
3 95.34%

with out the cut on selftiming we got:
TOF # TDC eff
0 88.94%
1 96.15%
2 95.17%
3 94.37%

For Cerenkov 0 on the right for this data, we got the following
efficiencies:

TOF required CC eff
0 74.91%
1 81.31%
2 83.62%
3 69.52%

We were not able to "or" all four TOF's together and thus determine a
total efficiency, due to the fact that the corresponding cuts string was
too long (apparently root doesn't like too long strings)). As such, only
the first three TOFs (0, 1, and 2) were "or"ed together. The resulting
Cerenkov efficiency was 79.12%.

Around 9:00, we accessed the South Hall and moved the pads to
the right-sector TOFs 4 - 7 (we removed the cables from 8 - 11 to use in
the pads). Run 2370 has some data in it for this configuration. However,
the pad rates were too high for this run, we think. We accumulated
nearly 2000 events for Pad #4 in about an hour (it took nearly twice as
long to accumulate the same stats for Pad #0).
