[BLAST_TOF] CC gain-matching

Since the intensity of the flasher is different in each box, due to the
fiber optics connection to the attenuator, CC box, splitter box, also
fibers that might be damaged, an accurate gain-matching cannot be
accomplished by the "flasher method". Anyway, thought the response was
different in each box, the first two boxes (for each sector) has been
gain-matched and the results are in CC_TOF_1300.sql. Today I also have
made some changes to RCC1.
Though RCC2 could be gain-matched with the flasher, the other three big
boxes, LCC2, LCC3 and RCC3 could not be!!! The signal in all of them was
realy low (cca 10-20mV). This needs to be investigated, may be all flasher
connections are bad! The cosmic signal looks OK for all of them!
Thus, the boxes that were gain-matched are:

LCC0, LCC1
RCC0, RCC1, RCC2
There are also some bad signal cables:
right# 17, 91
left# 87, 89, 24

The results are in the CC commissioning logbook in CB.
