Taking out the attenuator to the spliter box improved the flasher signal
in the three big boxes (not gain-matched), though LCC3 still got a small
signal. But I could finish gain-matching all of them! The results are in
CC_TOF_1300.sql and in the CC commissioning logbook.
There are still bad signal cables/tubes bad:
L# 24, 87
R# 17, 91
While in SH I saw that LeftTOF_Bottom#10 light guide was broken!
