In preparation of ABS we should train ourselves to smaller flows. The
question how does our "junk/bckg" rate drop when the target is 1/5
smaller (and our elastic rate only 20 %) ?

_ After NC cosmics, *remember* to put back the ts2_pri.o (default for
  strobe mode). See pg 35

- Should repeat bacgrkound optimization pg 58, particularly for the septum
  results which gave a 20 %. Another 20 % came from slits tuning (pg59)
forget to mention that in prev. email. I guess slits are already good.

_ debuggin right-sector NC softw. problems would also be nice

_ Trigger should be elastic_coincs.settings.

- I guess we should just take data at 0.2 SCCM. Tomorrow the hall will be
  open.

_ If enough progress is made, try also elastic_coincs_nc (its new!) with a
higher flow rate (as trigger permits). You won't see """(e,e'n)"""
coincs in the eep ntuple since that requires two tofs. don't need to
  change ntuple.C. I suggest making ntuple_nc.C (....).
  Will have people/time tomorrow.
