hey everyone,

i put a LR asymmetry macro in devel (show_LRasym.C). it is basically
just show_protons.C with the plnn and prnn cuts and it calculates
asymmetries, and puts out a plot of the asymmetries (see attached). so
far, the asymmetries seem pretty big (many sigma from zero). anyway,
the two plots show the asymmetries for the same set of runs, once for
just the timing cuts (plnn and prnn for the paddle pair), and the other
shows the asymmetries when both timing cuts and an adc cut (one side is
> 4000, the other side < 5000, to limit noise, but to keep some low
energy protons from the timing cut). these plots are also in the lab
book. i haven't looked at these real closely yet to see how the 'good'
paddle combinations (lots of ep pairs) behave, but soon i will.
