1) To Measure effect of B-field on CC
_ Run the TOF_CC_10percent HV setting. All CC thresholds at 35 mV
_ Check for any DC offsets at the CC analogue input with beam on and
eventually re-adjust the linear fifo offset. Make sure you get all
channels back after you reconnect them.
_ Take data at 0, 1500, 3000, 4500 and 6730 A on the BLAST power supply,
for a 0.2 SCCM target with the elastic_coincs.trigger.
Take 2 hrs runs
2) In parallel take data with the Wch, make sure the SH lights are off
(ask CCR)
3) Take a long long empty target run
