[BLAST_SHIFTS] no beam tonight - agenda for thursday

Hello,
there is no beam tonight. I've attached a slightly revised
agenda for the analysis meeting on thursday. Tomorrow there is no
formal 2 pm meeting but I'll be around for discussions

As agreed, we cancel the 0-8 shift before the night shift only. Note
that tomorrow evening may be spent mostly on beam tuning by ccr
