hi everyone,
i did a reanalysis of the helicity asymmetry from runs 2823-2827, with
one change: instead of fitting the coplanarity cuts individually for
each helicity state, fit the cuts from the combined data, and then used
identical cuts to extract the positive and negative helicity events.
the asymmetries are still systemmatically negative, but they are quite
uniform now. the systematic shift must be due to improper charge
counting, as tancredi explained in a previous email.

ps. the tdc and ptl+ptr cuts have been added to the end of the cut.C
file. they are 3dim arrays:
tdc[proton_side][proton_paddle_#][electron_paddle_#]
