Hello BLAST Collaborators,

        I am writing to inform you about a new proposal for the
next PAC, and to inquire if you are interested in this
experiment.
I will be proposing, along with the other Helium-3 enthusiast,
a measurement of pre-existing Deltas in Helium-3.

        If you are interested in being informed about, or actively
involved in, this proposal as it is put together in the next
four week,
email me and I will add you to my list.

        Also I have just stated to put together a web site with
