[BLAST_SHIFTS] shifts

Because of difficulties with the ABS and the extreme importance
to the future of BLAST of making a first asymmetry measurement,
it has been decided to extend the running time from Saturday
12/20 0000 to Tuesday 12/23 0800, an extension of 10 shifts.
We need the usual 2 persons per shift. Please let me know ASAP
your availability (or non-availabilty if you prefer) so that I
can make up a shift schedule for this extended period.

Please note that if we achieve success earlier, we will cancel
unnecessary shifts. We all know that this is a busy time of the
year and a time to spend as much time with family as possible.
We would not make this request if we did not think this was such
a critical milestone.
