hi chi,
i figured out the reason why the newton track fitter sometimes gives a
track travelling in almost the opposite direction as expected: it
because it was given the wrong initial charge. it reports
Error in TBLNewt::Fit (spline interpolation?)
because the track never crosses any of the wire chamber planes. i'll
fix this.
on the positive side, this may be an automatic way of detecting
misidentified charge from the fast fitter.
