CCR worked on recovering the beam all night due to the power failure
early on sunday. no beam was delivered, so we worked on pet software
projects: tracking and reconstruction (wang) and missing mass
reconstruction (jason)

plan for today is to allow adam time to get HV daemon working. then
continue with scheduled runplan that was interrupted by the power
failure (see earlier shift summaries and notes in counting bay).
