[BLAST_SHIFTS] weekend update

Hello: a quick update on recent developments

_ Data taken from yesterday till ca. 2 pm today have a problem: the beamgate
  control by the HV-epics gui was overriden for a number of runs. This was
  due in part because of misunderstanding on the use of the hv control.
  
- The data is good but the (spin-dependent) charge is uncertain. A work
  around should be possible. No analysis results. See below.

- Please follow strictly Adam guidelines and/or see logbook. The gui has
  been made clearer. If you have any problem ask previous shift or call.
  This fix also addresses the issue of compton in the ET stream and
  compton beamgate in general.

- You should still start/stop compton and keep the run numbers in sync.

- An onlineGui bug has been fixed. Shows truly data from all tof's.
  Cerenkov have been added. Also, changed some binning. Use the online gui
  to see data (including physics)

- Development on the alarm handlers: You know should take action on any
  alarm/beep/sound.
  1) If the epics alarm handler notifies an hv trip, you are not taking
  data until you reset the trip. You have to take action. Trips were rather
  infrequent in the last few hrs though.
  2) Warnevent updates every 30 s now, which seems more appropiate (it
  takes that much to restart ca_server anyways)
  3) Also, warnevent is killed if the HV turns the beamgate off to avoid
  messages "no data" when hv/bg is off (before such feature worked only
  with hvDaemon).
  4) When a run stops because it hits the limit of events you'll be notified.
  5) Likewise if you are not taking epics/scalers
  6) There is no alarm yet for no compton in the data stream (were are
  passing few events still)

- Code changes:

_ The new version of libBlast (new FF?) seems to show some problems. Will
  investigate more. Reverted to old version libBlast.so.2.18g.

_ Changed init.C to make chains also of mini epics and scaler ntuples from
  new lrn.C

_ xsection macro (compare.C) now reads charge from init.

_ Some more macros will be brought back to light and updated.
