[BLAST_SHIFTS] Run plan:

Currently there is no beam (elevator to SH needs to be fixed). After that
we have asked CCR to tune the beam, with the hope to reach a higher
injection current (for a stable lifetime at higher current).

Plan for evening and overnight is to measure false asymmetries with
an unpol target. No ABS flow. Please look at the unpol flow system
manual next to the target consoles for how start/set unpol target.
If uncomfortable call abs personnel
The ABS injection valve (v14) should always stay closed.

While taking data with an unpolarized target, the "abs" will be doing the
RF transition, to imitate a truly polarized run.
(FYI the command doing that is ABSsoft h-flip-2t.. from pro2003/ABS)

_ Set the autoring fill to comfortable values of Imax (means: the high
setpoint can be reached quickly). Imin ca. 0.5 * Imax. Note Adam emails
and note that I turned the HV crates off except for the bqms

_ Try initially a flow of 0.05 SCCM H2 molecules. Monitor for HV trips,
rates and Wch S/N. If you feel confident, try going to 0.1 SCCM.

_ If the S/N in the WCh worsens, turn beam off and switch HV off (command:
ALL_HV_OFF) and wait ca 1hr. Restart with a lower flow or injection current.

_ Take data all night. Analysis of the false asym is just the same
analysis of the true asym: first crunch w/ lrn.C, filter with flrn.C and
then run charge.C before the show_ep_asym macro. UPDATE the
pro2003/analysis/RUNLIST text file
