[BLAST_ANAWARE] new strings.C file

there is a new strings.C file for performing T(e,e'X) analysis, where T is
any of the BLAST targets and X is any non-electron detected particle (e.g.
proton, neutron, deuteron, pion, etc.) the idea (hope) is that this one
file will be sufficient for analysis of nearly any left-right
coincidence triggers that come out of BLAST (e.g. H(e,e'), H(e,e'p),
D(e,e'), D(e,e'p), D(e,e'n), etc.).

anyway, check it out. it is in the pro2003/analysis/utils directory and
is tentatively named "strings_new.C" (once the file is "okay"ed from
above, I'll change it's name to strings.C).

the file is pretty thorough; it has a clearly established naming
convention for all string variables. once you pick up the convention,
you'll be able to plot variables in any system (e.g. the (lab-BLAST
system, the lab-Q system, or the CM-Q system) without having to constantly
refer to the file, which can be quite annoying.

the mathematics in the file is consistent with the Madison convention as
well as Arenhovel's papers (though the file is relevant to more than just
deuteron anaylsis). in particular, see the paper "BLAST Kinematics for
the Reaction e + d -> e + p + n" that Vitaliy and i wrote if you'd like to
see a derivation of the equations in all the various frames.
