[BLAST_SHIFTS] Shifts cancelled.

Hi,

        Problems with the polarised ion source continue. Therefore there
will be no beam available until Wednesday evening.

        Therefore the evening shift tonight, the overnight tonight (i.e.
Wed 0-8), and tomorrow (Wednesday) day shift 8-16 are cancelled.
