data taking.

0:50: cell temp increased to 10K above 100. called Hauke, turn to monitor mode which disengages the heater. manually turning on and off the heater during the entire shift. cell tempreture oscillates between 95 and 105.

6:45 WC L6 tripped for 3 times, lowered oper set point by 50V

7:15 3 out of 4 HV crates hung, try BOOT, refuse to BOOT. Access to D tunnel, power recycled the crates. they are back.

finished charge_t20.C so it can be used to integrate charge on new runs. supposedly tensor asymmetry macros can treat old and new format in charge files in same manner ( at least in my scripts Chi :)

*** The target cell temperature controller appears STILL to have stability issues
similar to what was observed last night (July 12th). This has forced us to manually control the temperature controller by placing it in the "manual" position when the cell temperature is as high as 103K and setting it to "control"
when the cell temperature drops to 96K. Even after the temperature controller
has been changed, it still takes a few minutes to notice the change. The overall
time scale to flip the controller from "manual" to "control" is about 40 minutes.
