Just a note about that part: the bad runs have been flagged as
invalid in the database, not the logbook.
So just make sure you don't re-crunch bad runs.
To query the run database
~elog/bin/view.tcl (preferably on a spud) and then choose (menu) and
select (button) the fields you want to search on.
