[BLAST_SHIFTS] graveyard shift summary 07/17/03 (elog problem?)

Shift ran smoothly with continuance of data taking from previous shift.

Note: there is a problem with elog as reported by previous shift. Also,
BT's email was down so he requested that we list the runs
(1482-1485,1487,1488) taken during his shift.)

Only minor problems with tripping of WC L6. Tripping started
infrequently but then trip frequency approaced 1/60 Hz. Per
telecon with DH we did not turn off the box. We stepped voltage down
first to 3700, 3600, 3400 then 3300V for 2 runs (1496,1497) and tripping
stopped. Went back up to 3800V after that with no immediate trips.

Also had BRP trip thrice but asked TB about this as he was around - he
suggested we monitor line pressure which seemed stable and it appeared to
be a non-issue.

We took good runs 1490-1497, 1499, 1502 (1500 questionable - CODA problem
part
way through) fufilling the requirement of
taking data with all target/beam spin state combinations +/-, +/+, -/+,
-/-.

Had to do a soft boot on the SFI's in the D-tunnel as CODA began having
boot failures around 0700.

Also crunched several runs and updated the RUNLIST per TB's request to
reflect this.
