[BLAST_ANAWARE] d2tof->d2eep

Tancredi/Eugene-

        I think that the d2tof ntuple is going to be too restrictive for
what I need to do. For instance if I plot ttr:ntl I will get no hits for
many paddle combinations using 20 runs. Myabe this is just not enough
data. I therefore looked into d2eep and this looks more promising (see
the attached plots). I think I will stick with d2eep for now. Can you
(or anyone who has crunched them) tell me if the recent d2eep runs are
"raw" i.e. old-offset subtracted? I still have a very wide timiing
peak in the attached plots. Thanks-
