[BLAST_SHIFTS] South Hall Counting Bay thermostat

This morning the South Hall Counting Bay was extremely warm; all the doors
were propped open. I called Kevin Lycette (Facilities group leader) to ask
if the air conditioning unit had died. He checked, and found the
thermostat set at 80. This is too warm; we don't want the spuds to overheat.

I know the air conditioning in the SHCB is not ideal. The air is either
too cold, or too humid. The A/C unit is old and too large for the space,
so we're stuck with the cold/humidity until the unit is replaced (next
year? never?).

Please do NOT change the thermostat. If you think there is a problem with
the climate control, call Kevin Lycette (X9522). Plan on being cold on
shift (especially at night!), and bring a sweatshirt. You can always visit
the D Tunnel to warm up :)
