data taking

as covered in Yuan's summary, toward 4:00am. WCL6 trips even with 3500V. WCL21, WCR24 also trip repeatedly. Decide to stop data taking, turned off WC HV crates, beam and Blast Power Supply.

5:00am, ask CCR to ramp up Blast PS and start taking data again. WCL6 is brought back to 3800V.

WCHV generally hold. trip from time to time.

7:15, transmittor tripping. 7:30 beam back, 8:00 transmittor failure again
