Empty target data taking started from 1:00am. Generally pretty smooth.
WC L21 was set to 3750 V; it couldn't hold 3800V.

For several injections, at the first several minutes, the beam was quite noisy --
the BQM reading was quite high, and the life time is pretty short. The reason
was not clear.
