[BLAST_SHIFTS] Shift summary 09/14/2003 E (16-20)

Beam came around 8pm, and started taking zero field data:
run#2564-2568 and crunched them. "Normal": L21 trips but not too often and once in a while had to reboot compton. After run#2570 the plan is to turn ON the BLAST magnetic field and take unpol deuterium data.
