[BLAST_SHIFTS] Shift summary 09/27/2003 D (12-16)

We start taking empty target runs with reversed blast field around noon after the beem conditions were optimized. WCL6 with 3700V tripped frequently for the first a couple of runs but is now stable. Runs taken have been being crunched. We are going to switch the magnetic field to the inbending around 8 pm as was suggested by TB.
