[BLAST_SHIFTS] Shift summary 09/28/2003 F (20-24)

Contiuned data taking with unpol. H2 target (0.1 sccm) and reversed Blast field.
Before 22:15 (run 2913-2914, 2907-2912 are junks) with physics.settings, then
switched to singles.settings (run 2915-2918). All data are under crunching.

After changing to singles.settings, we found out the readout of BPHY0 was
pretty hight (around 5000/80mA), and we thought there was something wrong.
But After Arron talked to Karen, we learned that TSL1A should be watched
instead, which should be around 400/80mA

WC L0 and L21 kept tripping frequently, and L21 was set to 3650 V. Coda
hung several times.
