We had HV tripping every 5 minutues.
Ligit pressure rised to ~10E-7 due to high SetTemp, 250 K.
According to Vitaly, we set the temperature at 100 K.
Ligit pressure has been coming down as the temperature was lowered.
We will try to take data again when the ligit pressure gets closer to 10E-9.
