[BLAST_SHIFTS] Shift summary 10/05/2003 E (16-20)

>From 16:00 to 17:30, CCR tuned the beam for data taking without blast field.
At 17:30 began physics run with unpol H2 (0.1sccm), w/o target holding field,
w/o blast field, and with trigger=physics.settings.

Run 3109, 3111-3113 were taken. Should NOT crunch them because of the
ZERO blast field.

WC L21 and R24 were set to 3750 V for run 3109, 3111 and 3112, then switched
back to 3800V from run 3113. L14 behavored very wiredly -- its GUARD HV
sometimes were about 70V higher thant the set value (1900V), which caused lots
of tripping.
