[BLAST_TOF] LNL2 PMT replaced

Peter and I replaced the tube of LNL2. This channel was not counting
anymore, and examination with the scope directly at the tube showed that
the tube did not give any signal at any voltage but drew an enhanced
amount of DC current. We also made sure that the PMT base has been fine.

Operating voltage of the new PMT tube should be somewhere around 2800V,
which will be finalized with the coming gain matching.
