[BLAST_SHIFTS] Shift summary 12/05/2003 E (16-20)

Partial summary: runs after 3610 show polarization, consistent with tuesday
results but maybe lower albeit statistics is low. See attached, data is flr, cut is
Helastic, for runs 3611-3617.

Tested 2nd level trigger: it only seem to work properly when phys2 and phys3
are not engaged and being this more exotic trigger I'll leave them out and
run only with phys0 and phys1

Will run 2nd level trigger for a *shorter* number of events.
