A problem was seen when analyzing elastic data from many runs. This is summarized in the elog entry:
http://blast.lns.mit.edu/elog/2003/12/06/17806.html

It must be added that the wire chambers were not empty, there were many events seen on nsed that showed almost normal 2-particle tracks through the wire chambers with hits in the TOF's. There were no elastic events in these runs when elastic cuts are placed on the wire chamber information.

The runs from this shift that contain elastic events are 3686-3691 3693. All data from this shift were made without the 2nd level trigger.

There was a period of a few minutes when the L21 sense and field, and, sense and guard wires tripped a few times. Hitting either OPER or RESET did not help, however, after the fourth trip it stopped without needing to lower the wire voltages.
