I just want to confirm that you can reboot from the serial port. That's
all that is new. It may not be enough to reboot from the serial port for
either L,R crate or the roc be in a messed up state that a power reset is
absolutely needed.

bottom line, you can now send commands to both roc's via their serial
ports.....
