Got beam ~ 1808

Had R WC HV set to zero by mistake for runs 4182 and 4183 (run 4183 was cut short when the problem was notced.)

Ligit alarmed and was shown to fluctuate (see elog plot). We called Genya and he was thinking this was a minor transient event, so we kept and eye on it and the fluctuations are damping out at end of shift.

Crunching is caught up

Run 4184 is in progress (with all HV on!)
