Chris-

OK I checked in the new blast.sc_cal file which had been copied to
my V3 Blast_Params directory. The new version is 1.7 with the message:
"new tdc offsets with flasher position offset and target tdc ch 1000"

So hopefully we can now crunch with the proper offsets.
