MK continued LADS work until about 2015

CCR gave us beam not long after that.

At first, HV trips were very frequent:
set L21, L6 to 3800V

turned off LADS per DH suggestions

high data rate: PHYS0 at 1400Hz at 50mA
2nd level trigger at ~320 Hz (1st level is ~340Hz)
