alright, this is the problem Vitaliy, Doug, Ernie and I discussed in a few
email exchanges last few days. make sure you are on spud1 and reconfigure.
then make clean, make again, this should get you going. after it is built,
you should be able to run the binaries on all spuds and dblasts.
It is possible that install is not included in default target in Makefile,
so you may need to copy nsed, lrn into run dir. but it is just fine to run
everything in BlastLib2 too.
